In the framework of the implementation of the Program of attraction of investments and development of international cooperation in Kryvyi Rih, during 2016-2020 years, from 5-th to 6-th of June was held a training of «Practical recommendations of the corporate project management with international donors and international technical assistance programs in Ukraine». The training was attended by representatives of the leading structural subdivisions of the Executive Committee of Kryvyi Rih City Council and municipal enterprises of the city.
The main organizer of the event was the Public Utility «Kryvyi Rih City Development Institution».
Two-days training was conducted by the well-known fundraising expert Ruslan Kraplich, who has extensive experience in the project management.
The training program was rich and conducted in an interactive form using the methodology of the Foundation named for the princes-benefactors Ostroskiy.
During the training participants received the information about the nature of the project activities, international donors and logistics programs, and studied the methodology of the project implementation. Working in teams under the supervision of a trainer, they learned how to formulate and evaluate the purpose and objectives of the project.
In addition, each participant of the training had the opportunity to practically create his or her own project, on which he or she intends to work and receive recommendations from Ruslan Kraplik about its improvement and further possible realization.
This event was held in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, the participants had the opportunity to get answers for all questions about grant competitions, to feel themselves as «experts» in the field of fundraising, and received teamwork skills and practical experience into the writing of projects.
All participants of the training actively participated in the discussions and exchanged their ideas about the developing projects in different spheres of Kryvyi Rih. All members of the event did the tasks, what was set by the trainer with great pleasure.
