Public Joint Stock Company «ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih» is among leaders of the largest enterprises of the mining and metallurgical complex in Ukraine and is part of the international corporation «ArcelorMittal». «ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih» is one of the largest producers of coke in Ukraine and Eastern Europe. During the production coal is processed, with the subsequent creation of coke, coke gas and chemical products of coking. In November 2018, an open-air museum of mining was opened in Kryvyi Rih for all residents and visitors of the city. The exposition is located in the territory adjacent to the main office of the mining department. There are 14 exhibits that were previously operated by miners in different divisions of the enterprise and stands with information about the work of the mining department, as well as the alley of glory of its best employees. The museum is located on the Zbahachennya str, 57. The museum is open to residents of the city and our guests at any time. In the evening the area and exhibits are illuminated. |
